• Supporting the preparation and implementation of the project activities.• Ensuring quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines, administrative systems, and established deadlines. • Supporting the development and writing of new concepts and proposals for fundraising and research. • In collaboration with project team, participate in operation research, documentation and dissemination of new lessons and experiences. • Participating in capacity building activities, field visits and meetings with relevant partners and stakeholders to strengthen networks and partnerships.

Client Management and Documentation Departments• Client relationship management.• Maintains contract register.• Manages department’s record management system.• Respond to client queries.• Coordinating overseas purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries and evaluate supplier and clearing agent performance• Ensuring efficient and timely overseas inland & local cartage, international sea and air freight, customs clearances and deliveries Operations and Declaration Departments• Custom clearance of imports and exports• Ensuring cost conscious planning and execution of shipments.• Liaising with relevant government authorities in obtaining customs related exemptions.• Managing all third party logistics providers to ensure they deliver to a high level of service.• Customs and bond clearance.
