As part of the remodelling, I introduced efficient 'whole life' supplier accountability and a new commercial model across all the suppliers enabling a competitive landscape to drive quality and delivery within budget constraints. This has allowed my team to successfully deliver multiple business releases enabling significant savings and improved customer service. To further improve efficiency, my DevOps team introduced a continuous delivery and integration pipeline with automated testing. We utilise docker containers to increase output and eliminate unnecessary waste due to manual intervention. I led the migration of the Caseworking platform to Amazon Web Services in tandem with the rest of the organisation in one of the biggest public sector migrations to AWS. These transformative changes allowed us to deliver our digital services more quickly, more reliably and at lower cost.
