Current• Removing merchandise from boxes and pallets• Inspecting new merchandise for damage and imperfections• Removing existing damaged and expired merchandise from shelves• Printing price tags or labels and applying them to merchandise• Scanning items to enter them into the inventory system• Placing inventory in storage areas within storeroom or warehouse• Filling shelves, racks and other display fixtures with new products• Returning products left at checkout areas and in other places in the store to their appropriate locations• Disposing of empty boxes, packaging and pallets
