Where exactly do I start with ReDriven...Born out of overlaying my skillset with a need in the market, I started ReDriven with long-time collaborator and friend, Adam Morris, who you'll currently see presenting all our videos over on YouTube.ReDriven was created to serve the massively popular, but massively neglected world of used cars, at least from a content perspective.Over the past 2 years, Adam and I have grown ReDriven from a concept ideated over a coffee, to a channel with over 125,000 subscribers and 15 million views along with a newly-launched website with a growing audience.

As digital content producer my role shifted from lower-level coordination and assistance of content production, to having a more senior role in producing various styles of online video content.My role continues to have a large focus on shooting, editing, graphics and animation, but additionally, I also act as producer on a number of projects.

Following my time as a cadet journalist, an opportunity arose to extent my cadetship and move to the video department. This was the combination of a role having opened up as well as interest I had showed in joining the team. It was a move that was very exciting because photo/video is something I have always love but had never had the opportunity to pursue.As video production coordinator I was responsible for performing a number of different tasked with the video team. Over a short period of time, I developed my skills in video production including both shooting and editing, photography and graphic design and animation. A large focus of my role was managing our video hosting platforms.

In early 2016 I began a cadetship with CarAdvice.com as one of two cadet journalists tasked with contributing to the site's automotive news stream. Writing news involved researching and following news leads from a variety of sources. This was my first professional role after graduating from university in 2015. It was also the first opportunity I had to put the skills I had learn during my degree to use.

I interned at V8 Supercars on numerous occasions during this period. In July I worked in the sales department as part of a paid internship, performing lead generation for a new CRM database that was being established. Between August and December I worked with the events management team during several rounds. Additionally, I worked for the marketing team during the Bathurst 1000, writing a number of articles for their website.

During my time at the AOC, I interned as part of a five-person media team responsible for the 2014 Australian Youth Olympic Team during the lead up to the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China. Individually, we were tasked with managing all media requirements for our sports which included writing press releases, organising external media requests, shooting and editing online video content and maintaining steady content for our website.
