Recruited by the board members of Frewitt SA, Est. 1947 to establish Frenuc SA dedicated for engineering, fabrication and supply of nuclear grade process equipment to nuclear power & fuel processing facilities globally. • Established the company per Swiss laws • Implemented ASME NQA-1 nuclear QA program and trained an organization of 115 employees involved with business development, design engineering, procurement and production staff of engineers, QA/QC, welders, machinists etc.• Audited and qualified by MOX (Mixed oxide fuel) US department of Energy auditors as a Nuclear grade supplier qualified for design, raw material procurement, fabrication/machining, special processes and testing per nuclear standards of pressure vessels, demisters, exchangers and process columns. • Designed, manufactured, tested and supplied more than 300 pieces of nuclear grade equipment worth approximately 15Million Euros in 24 months.• Qualified by AREVA (France) for supply of nuclear grade equipment and supplied them with process equipment 0.5 Million Euros.• As a Nuclear lead auditor, audited and qualified more than 32 companies in the area of raw material/component supply, fabrication, machining, test labs as suppliers for nuclear projects. The companies were spread over Switzerland, UK, USA, Germany, France, Jordan and India. • Consulted in the area of strategic planning & participation in global nuclear industry for companies located in Germany, France, Jordan, UAE, India, • Consulted for investors in power projects leading to direct discussions/negotiation with Energy ministries in Bulgaria, Armenia, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE & India.
