I’m passionate in developing people to greater professional capacities. My key focus is building sustainable sales & positive KPI growth with strong emphasis on stakeholder coaching, staff retention, talent creation & management development. A key element of my business acumen is a strong ability to identify gaps in the macro retail & micro site offering, where an ability to grow revenue exists.
