"Trust the process"-Joel EmbiidNow, I'm by no means a 76ers fan, but the slogan coined by the team really speaks to me. But instead of trusting the process, I strive to continuously improve upon them. This has been the main aspect of my current role at Mountain Graphix. Whether it's improving processes to encompass ISO 9001 standards, creating processes and a system for inventory, or implementing the JobBOSS ERP system, it has become clear to me that continuous improvement drives company success. My role has made me grow as a person and professional, and it has helped me develop more effective project management, quality management, and Microsoft Office skills. If I'm not enjoying the outdoors, fishing, golfing, or watching sports with friends, I'm usually working. I've been a Caddie, a Cashier, a Printing Press Operator, a Waiter, and most recently and currently an Industrial Engineer. As a caddie, I was honored to be a recipient of the Charles "Chick" Evans Caddie Scholarship and the Walter Kowalcyzk Endowed Scholarship. Other than being lights out at reading greens, training new and young caddies to develop the necessary caddie and people skills to succeed was one of the most enjoyable parts of the job. I like to keep myself busy, and I enjoy having a diverse workload. Relationships I have with family, friends, and coworkers are also very important to me. Having previously been a foster home for a total of 105 rescue dogs, and participating in the bi-yearly Purdue Evans Scholars philanthropy, I value paying it forward. I'm excited to contribute the knowledge I have gathered throughout the years to company success, and I'm always ready to learn more and develop new skills.
