Being the primary interface between LOM and Customer, ensure fluent / efficient execution and communicationResponsible for the global Project Master Plan, timely and qualitative synchronization of LOM outputs and Customer requirements.Control the project related risk management process and steering preventive and corrective actions globally. Mainly undertake the management and machining of all the moulds, like setting and checking the technical process and choosing appropriate material.Take part in the project management as a central member in Audi A6, Passat, Bora, Cherry B11, Jinbei-GM, Polo etc, and in charge of schedule of tooling machiningHold very well working theory of parts of the automotive locks and some problem in designing and testing process.According to QS9000 and VDA6.1, set up and carry out the documents for tooling management

Be mainly engaged in related automotive lock tooling design, in injection molding, stamping and die-casting.Manage tooling sub suppliers, correspond and control tooling schedule.Take part in project management of homemade products in Old Jetta, Santana, Cherry S11 etc.Ability to deal with the tooling problem about designing and machining by myself.
