I'm a highly experienced analytics and account management professional that thrives on using data-led insights to empower businesses to de-risk their future by giving them measured solutions to tomorrow's problems within the energy/utility industry in New Zealand. I currently manage 2000-3000+ commercial customers throughout New Zealand in a range of industries including agriculture, education, retail, health, manufacturing and government agencies to name a few! My current role involves the management of 400+ procurement RFPs in the utility industry with a contract value of +/- $400M per year; along with a range of other service for customers such as high-level account management of their utility services, representing customers in complex disputes within the utility space and being a "jack of all trades" when it comes to the energy industry.My role sees me dealing with customers at all levels of business from customer service, accounts payable through to C-Suite executives.
