In January of 2024 I started working freelance contracts to expand my skills and learn new tools from new teams. I am currently under contract as a Design Project Manager at Tillamook Creamery Associatio.

- Complete daily operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly; including scheduling, submitting store expenses and maintaining internal use technology.- Use Service Channel to request and manage work orders for the store, act as a liaison between vendors and Market Support, and manage all vendors and their projects to ensure their work is up to Apple’s high standards.- Plan and organize catering and special events to support team moral for all 200+ employees on a strict budget.- Plan Store logistics for Product Launches, Hiring Events, Manager and all store off-site meetings.- Manage supply ordering on a strict monthly budget. - Create internal communications to ensure the whole team is up to date at all times.- Manage all internal IT support tickets and work with our remote support teams.

- Led a team of 30+ Workshop Instructors. Scheduled 15+ workshops a week on a rotating basis.- Acted as Lead Workshop Facilitator, teaching multiple workshops a week.- Led all internal Apple trainings for new facilitators and subjects.- Analyzed attendance data and customer survey responses to ensure schedules and facilitators were meeting customer’s needs.

- Delivered a unparalleled customer service to help customers find a complete solution to fit their needs- Acted as the first contact person for customers entering the store to assist them in getting their needs met.- Managed the rotating queue of customers waiting for support.
