In recent years, I've been deeply involved in developing programs that have significantly boosted Assurance's revenue streams. I led the integration of Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) with our agents, which now generates over $12 million annually. I also launched our Value Based Care (VBC) program, which has grown to contribute over $2 million each year. Additionally, I took the initiative to enable some of our Medicare agents to offer services in Spanish, expanding our market reach and inclusivity.

Developed and launched the Guide Program, initially a concept, into a major revenue driver for lead generation while also significantly enhancing the quality of leads provided to our internal agents across all insurance lines including auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and mortgage. This initiative successfully boosted our call and policy revenues to surpass $50 million each quarter.

I'm honored to have been the inaugural agent at Assurance, where I had the privilege of selling our very first policy. My role was multifaceted, involving a deep exploration of the healthcare and life insurance markets, along with a rapid learning curve on scaling our operations effectively. I was instrumental in developing key programs that set the stage for Assurance's growth and scalability.
