Was awarded "Hero of the Year 2016" and was a runner up for "Employee of the Year 2016". I have strong knowledge of ship systems and procedures, and have a vital role in training colleagues for Spirit Class operations. Recently employed as a operations Supervisor at Dover Cargo Terminal . I am heavily involved in the planning of cargo operations which I oversee the unloading and loading of the cargo vessels that come to Dover . I am committed to providing an open friendly approach to my team , operating to the highest possible safety standards with a cost effective service to the Port . I love challenges and enjoy learning new skills which add a dynamic work ethic. I am currently working for Cwind as Able seaman involved in off shore wind farm operations .
