National Recruiting Director
CurrentBasketball Finders recruiting rates talented players that could possibly have the talent to play college and possibly professional basketball. My job is to coordinate our recruiting schedule so our highly trained staff go out and rate players based on several areas scouts and college coaches would look for when recruiting players. My role is to overlook the ratings and make sure the ratings are accurate and comparable to other services and other opinions. Our goal is to provide a complete evaluation for coaches and players so they can see where their recruiting is and others view their game based on talent, skill, physical abilities, and basketball IQ. The added scores rank you amongst your peers and tell you what level of schools should be recruiting you. Users scores can also be used by viewers as long as I don't see bias
