Instructing keen aviators of all different abilities on B737/A320/C172 simulators. Educating on basic flying skills, simulating complex emergency scenarios and the operation of a commercial airliner.

Started from zero experience in hospitality, working my way up through different roles and responsibilities. These include; food/drink runner, bar back, host, waiting and bartending. Further roles included stock counting and management and training new members of staff on multiple roles. Due to my ability to think on my feet and learn quickly, I was regularly sent to numerous different restaurant/bars such as Cafe Andaluz (Glasgow and Edinburgh), The Citizen, Atlantic Bar and Brassiere, DiMaggios, Amarone and Barolo.

Achieved a 2:1 classification, with the highest marks in Acoustics.
