I am an ICF accredited sober coach and life coach. I am passionate about changing the dialogue around alcohol, about normalising the conversation. I support individuals and businesses through my 1:1 coaching programs, webinars and online courses. I promote a belief in positive energy growth and enable clients to envisage a different path. I support companies by giving employee access to a key support avenue without feeling stigmatised.Positive energy is the theme that runs through all of my coaching. Positive energy drives change. With my sober coaching we become laser focused on the key components to change. I also educate clients on the brain and summarise exactly what alcohol does to it. This knowledge is key to moving forward as it helps remove any blame and guilt if that exists. Together we create a different map where alcohol doesn’t feature. This is crucial to change. This new map is a positive one. Any dependency, reliance, habit around alcohol creates extremely negative thought patterns, partly due to stigma, partly due to chemical influences that depress your happy hormones and partly due to the physical impact to your body. Aside from sober coaching, my positive energy workshops, courses and coaching focus on creating a positive future map and steps to achieve that.I am a mum to 3 children including having a daughter with a rare chromosome disorder and have myself experienced both a childhood damaged by parental alcoholism and times in my life where alcohol became a definite crutch. The realisation in 2020 that I actually didn’t need alcohol in my own life was the catalyst to a complete life and career change. My trigger was my daughter - wanting to be fully present for as much of her life as I could. Everyone's trigger is different but this is can be a powerful driver.With positive energy and reframe those dark days become lighter, that fog can be lifted, a new path is revealed. Removing alcohol is hugely positive and I can make you see that. On the alcohol free side my mission is to normalise the conversation about alcohol. I don’t label, I simply arm you with knowledge, with tools and with huge encouragement to widen the lens and get excited about the future.
