The main role of this job is customer service, which involves informing and advising customers about products. My other duties include maintaining stock levels and merchandising for sales and specials.

My role at WEL Networks was to manage the backlog of data that the company had accumulated and capitalise it. My tasks were using a computerised maintenance management system (SAP) and paper records to review and verify equipment set-up for completed work orders. Also allocating appropriate costs to equipment on each work order, and using SAP to verify and update the characteristics of equipment.
