While in Surrey, I was the sole member of F&B team kept on when the pandemic struck, being given responsibility for other areas, such as reception and reservations during that time. At Shrigley Hall, was promoted twice within several months to Restaurant Assistant Manager for a very prestigious and busy restaurant, maintaing standards and recruiting new staff.I love to work as part of a team, but will consistently take iniative and drive standards where required.
