Global Projects Coordinator
CurrentAfter six months working part-time at The Electives Network (TEN), and my successful coordination of the launch of the site's midwifery services (see previous work experience), I was promoted to Global Projects Coordinator upon the departure of a team member and my decision to increase my hours to work for the company full-time.On top of my previous responsibilities, which include running TEN's social media presence (particularly on Facebook and Twitter), updating the main website, and overseeing a marketing campaign to attract midwifery students to sign up, I took over responsibility for many of the core projects for generating and updating content for the entire site.I am now in charge of coordinating a key activity which all team members regularly engage in - updating and adding hospitals to the database of placement opportunities - and have redesigned the way such tasks are allocated to reflect the addition of two new team members who were familiar with key foreign languages, and the company's adoption of the Office 365 suite of apps. I am responsibile for compiling, editing and sending out TEN's newsletters, which consist of five targeted publications sent out monthly to over 10,000 students and stakeholders. Given the success of the midwifery launch, I have also been nominated as the lead for the launch of TEN's services for student nurses, which will be rolled out over 2017.
