At CABA design we are thoroughly experienced in providing design and documentation services for a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. As the sole ArchiCAD design draftsperson I am responsible for preparing complete and accurate drawing packages throughout the building approval process. This includes prelim design packages for clients, town planning packages for council approval and building permit documentation. The drawings produced are of the highest standards ensuring our design intent is communicated clearly to the target audience. Lodgement of permits has been added to my always expanding responsibilites in the office, another area where pride is taken in my work. My lodgement reports and following RFI’s are clear, systematic and easy to understand for all involved.Bearing the responsiblility of the offices ArchiCAD documentation in its entirety I have taken initiative in developing office templates, library catalogues, attributes and favourites resulting to an in-depth understanding of the software. This approach has boosted consistency and efficiency of the office documentation processes, and satisfies my ambitions for continued professional development.
