  I provide strategic legal support and solutions for CMN’s music, marketing and sports divisions. CMN is live event agency that focuses on producing, promoting and/or booking international live music concerts / tours, marketing initiatives and friendly soccer matches featuring some of the most renowned men’s national teams. Some of my responsibilities include:• Negotiating and drafting contracts for over 500 concerts/events per year in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, South America and Europe, including the following types of agreements: Artist Services, Booking / Performance, Co-Promoter, Venue License, Professional Services (e.g. production vendors, contractors, etc.), Sponsorship, Endorsement, IP Rights, Charter / Transportation License (e.g. private jet, coach tour bus), etc.• Negotiating and drafting contracts for marketing initiatives and campaigns, including the following types of agreements: Master Service Agreements, Professional Service, NDA, etc.• Counseling CMN's various departments on viability and recommended parameters in connection with various initiatives including: IP rights, non-profit integration, sweepstakes, beer sampling regulations, etc.• Managing business affairs functions including: working with clients’ procurement departments, providing business and strategic advice to CMN’s management team, monitoring internal and external compliance, etc. • Heading CMN’s risk assessment department by analyzing risk exposure points, reviewing CMN’s robust insurance program / policies, overseeing any domestic / international litigation, etc.• Partnering with Human Resources in connection with a myriad of employment law issues including: employment handbook, non-competition and non-solicitation provisions, separation agreements, employment and contractor agreements, etc.• Coordinating cross-functional business teams to develop and implement strategies, policies and processes.
