As the General Manager, I am responsible for everything that takes place pertaining to our company. United Panel has a diverse workforce which includes Professionals in our engineering and design department, shop personnel trained in the use of our AXYZ table and skilled in panel fabrication, to our field installation teams which include a foreman, hangers, and a ground man. I am effective in communicating with the college educated as well as the laborer. I treat everyone with respect. I tell everyone the truth. I am genuinely concerned about each employee.
