- Developed the GEnx high-pressure compressor extension case within a very aggressive schedule and completed successful concept, preliminary and detail design reviews.- Directed a team of engineers and drafters on all projects to support Finite Element Analysis (FEA), manufacturing and material engineering.- Managed a cost reduction project that eliminated a complicated weld on the GEnx extension case. The project resulted in a savings of $3,500 per extension case.
