Coordinate with offshore OEM's for DTF printers, UVDTF printers, and flatbed cutters for troubleshooting, installation, and workflow / hardware improvements. Tested and documented all UVDTF inks, DTF inks, adhesive powders, UVDTF A&B adhesive films, and DTF films to identify the best combination of consumables. Create ICC Profiles for UVDTF and DTF printers to maximize color gamut and Pantone accuracy. Perfect the DTF printing application to yield the best white opacity and soft hand feel for DTF transfers across all garment types. Develop and implement print/cut workflow for DTF and UVDTF production with RIP Software, and Turbine Automated Software solutions.
