Responsible for producing, owning and maintaining a suite of reports - both regular and ad hoc - for the JLR customer relationship centre (CRC) to assist Percepta operations and the JLR client in the day to day running of the CRC. Reports looked at data referring to customer satisfaction, goodwill spend and customer case data logged through our customer relationship management (CRM) system. As part of the job there was a heavy focus on excellent accuracy, strong relationship building and the ability to – sometimes quite quickly – convert heavily detailed information into professional reports that were easy to interpret by the end user.
