Responsible for overseeing service contracts for all Xerox machines across Canada in the Oracle billing systemPioneered and developed processes, training guides and workflow improvements for this role.Run weekly and monthly reports to ensure billing of all active service contracts in the Oracle billing system.Utilize strategic and creative problem solving abilities to resolve errors with billing issues, researching discrepancies and errors to ensure that all machines bill accurately during the monthly billing cycle.Responsible for overseeing, approving and processing all meter adjustments resulting in service billing corrections for estimated and/or incorrect from machine read discrepancies.Implemented a training program for customer relation specialists to increase efficiency and streamline processes.Serves as subject matter expert regarding customer pain points and able to translate experience into improvement opportunities.
