I love technology but even more than that I love the impact technology can have on people if the change is well managed for the users!I am a proactive, efficient & experienced program, project and change manager. I have many years of experience delivering successful projects of various sizes and across various locations and sectors both as the programme and project lead and as the change lead.I have enjoyed working for both small and large organisations and across a wide variety of industries, on both national and global teams but enjoy the impact of large-scale change projects the most.I thrive in high-pressure environments and love a good challenge. The changes I lead are successful through building amazing relationships at all stakeholder levels and communicating change well, managing resistance and forming strong change coalitions.
