Ever since I was a child, I have been mediating conflicts and helping people solve their problems. Admittedly, I have come a long way from helping my sister convince my parents that she should be able to stay up later.imporI am now a dedicated professional helping employees to navigate my company's benefits packages and helping to resolve conflict between employees. I am also now wielding the responsibility of helping help people navigate termination from my company as well as many other duties that are not related to human resources which has grown to be a passion of mine.I have been helping customers resolve their issues, running the entire accounts receivable department, troubleshooting any technology issues, and streamlining many processes throughout the company. Some to mention are as follows: completely uprooting the payroll system improving the efficiency to the point that employees are seeing more accurate deposits in their bank accounts a whole week earlier. Taking employee credit purchasing to the next level by having the employees modestly report purchases and filing them in an instantly referencable manner, improving it from a reference process that could take a couple days. And standardizing some workflow options that enable quicker reference of company materials and higher accountability for employees.I am now ready to take my next steps into a more human resources centered job where I will have the opportunity to help a company culture flourish.
