Commercial Manager
Current• Manage the supply chain function and ensure a smooth flow of operations in coordination with communicators, designers, product design, production, accounting and logistics.• Negotiate with clients and end users on terms and mode of payment.• Organize office visits for assessment, support and team empowerment (manage trainings, presentations, workshops, samples, communication tools, etc.)• Assess modification requests, work on minimizing them by pushing towards standard options or recommend alternatives to move old stock, handle the pricing process, and follow up accordingly with the concerned stakeholders• Assess offers trend, unit behavior and statistical reports in order to identify bottlenecks, and suggest solutions and enhancements to help our offices acquire new projects.• Take the lead on problems faced with our partners and channel them internally in order to find the adequate solutions by creating and maintaining an enhanced work process. • Lead a team of four Commercial and Billing Coordinators, develop their capabilities, evaluate their performance and coach them for optimal efficiency
