• Handling and processing over 2+ million dollars orders per year• Filtering inquiries and channeling them for a successful order• Communicating technical details and requirements between end client and product development team• Generating Offers and proposals following the agreed upon commercial terms and conditions• Cost engineering and budget study for expected projects, tender or direct supply• Commercial and product support for units in Bologna, Stuttgart, Dubai, Belgium, Norway and Singapore• Order processing: contract and technical details sign off, settlement, production schedules and shipments• Handling claims and after sales follow up

Macro managing the work flow and achieving a R.O.I. of 20% with a period of 10 months while exceeding the projected estimation by 30% in income.

Managing the operational activities such as but not limited to the coordination with suppliers, team management, client relationships, etc

• Opening Letters of Credit, guarantees and projects financing loans.• Generating Financial Situation from the Trial balance and income statement.• Preparing the estimated consolidated costs for projects in tender.• Issuing Payroll and salary distribution through Bank transfers and Cash.• Preparing Cash and Check payments to suppliers.• Bank reconciliation of accounts in Lebanon Oman and UAE.
