Sam Sanchez is a Technical Director - Electronics at Galorath, Inc. and Defense & Space Consultant at Galorath, Inc.. Colleagues describe him as "Sam is extremely disciplined and organized resulting in his strong ability to manage a team and maintain focus on the most important aspects of multiple projects. Goal-oriented and extremely collaborative, Sam communicates superbly. One highlight was the development and deployment of a SharePoint Site collective supporting a disparate Navy command spread throughout the US. Knowledge Management is critical under these conditions and Sam provided the vision and leadership to make SharePoint an innate collaborative business tool throughout the command's enterprise and he placed Knowledge Management squarely in the center of the command's priorities. Another ongoing success was his reorganization of the Force's Communications Detachments. The reorganization included manning, training and equiping four 30-person teams with an deep focus on a three-tiered training plan critical to ensuring readiness for the communicators and 11 supported Battalions and 4 Regiments. The results positively impact the Force by providing strong, extremely competent, scalable and adaptable communication teams that can be flexibly deployed to support small exercises or large contingencies. I enjoyed, immensly, working for Sam and learned a great deal from him."
