Manged and supervised various departments in our Distribution Center, from Shipping, Picking, Replenishment, fulfillment, Pick Desk to staffing and scheduling. Learning all aspects of the operation prepared me for my current role in International Sales to be able to explain to our customers how well their orders are handled and all the technology and man power that it takes for their orders to get delivered in just two or three business days worldwide! When people care about the company they work for, customers are happy, bosses are happy and employees are happy. It was my job as a warehouse supervisor to help maintain focus and vision for our ultimate goal which is customer satisfaction. Without that we are nothing. I'm thankful for the training and experience that I received working in the warehouse as it molded me int the person I am today.
