Service all industries in the development/construction process of new buildings, building additions, and building alterations; including construction management, consulting, complete facility maintenance, and assistance with health department and FDA inspections.Respond to RFI's, RFQ's, and RFP's by conducting site walk thru's and plan review. Develop bids and proposals for multiple client accounts. Organize and coordinate a contractor "Team" for each project. Manage the "Team" throughout entire constuction process; from "Pre-con" thru "Punchout". Maintain project schedules, budgets, and weekly progress meetings. Exceed client expectations through superior proficiency in communication and documentation.
