Currently performing as a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Data Link Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the Software Engineering Directorate (SED), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Supporting the Joint Air Defense Systems Integrator (JADSI) based upon the mission, objectives and requirements of the Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) Program Deputy Manager (PdM). Developed technical objectives for near and long term test planning for the JADSI and the refinement of such to include interoperability with existing Air and Missile Defense Planning and Control Station (AMDPCS) and Air Defense Airspace Management Cell (ADAM Cell) computer systems’ requirements documents. Support the evaluation of system software capabilities and limitations associated with current and future builds of the JADSI. Plan and execute demonstrations, pretests, and test to support the JADSI certification tests and other Systems events. Modified the JADSI to mirror system hardware and software changes and conduct testing to ensure the new configuration functions per requirements. Monitor Army Missile Defense (AMD) Family of Systems issues and determine potential impact on the design of the JADSI. Develop and review Interface Change Proposals (ICPs) for issues impacting the JADSI. Participated as a team member in System Integration Verification (SIV) tests to validate system capabilities prior to government acceptance of ADAM Cells, and verified serviceability of Forward Deployable JADSIs from the vendor. Provided slides and briefings in Joint ADSI Working Groups and Test Working Group meetings as the Army system SME. Provided JADSI support telephonically or with on-site assistance as required as well as training. Supported testing with other military services and labs.

Over six years experience in building Tactical Operation Centers (TOCs). This was from basic shelter modifications to a completely integrated system. Supervisor duties included establishing and defining assignments for 12 personnel. Developed schedules, budgets, and workload distribution for integration, modification and fabrication for wheeled, tracked and stand-alone TOCs for various U.S. Army, Air Force and foreign military customers. Maintained work quality and insured equipment compatibility, reviewed engineering designs for feasibility or equipment utilization and developed designs for integration of communications, networking, and computer systems. Interpreted work specifications to workers, provided training, assigns duties and enforced safety regulations. Provided on-site customer support when required.

New Systems Training Office, Air Defense Manager-Analyzed support maintenance requirements, changes in doctrine, hardware modifications and recommended required training requirements. Performed technical manual verification and validation. Determined requirements for training devices, training equipment, instructor training, and course materials. Additional duty as 1st Sergeant of post Quick Reaction Company./Army Europe Systems Commodity Manager-Performed duties supporting Material Management Center (MMC) and provided logistics/technical support to 4 HAWK Direct Support Missile Companies and 1 General Support Depot. Reported Air Defense unit’s equipment status and issuance of major item floats assets for the European command. Selected as a member of the Commanding General’s Command Inspection Team inspecting missile maintenance support units for compliance to regulations and guidelines. Held additional duty as unit’s Safety Officer./Army Maintenance/Production Control Supervisor-Supported a HAWK Air Defense Battalion that held the highest readiness standing in Europe. Supervised a Production Control section consisting of eight personnel that maintained maintenance records, repair parts and prioritizing work-orders for missile maintenance, communications and automotive sections. Held additional duty as a COMSEC Custodian./Instructor-Instructor at a military school that included Army, Marine and Foreign Military students. Taught computer theory, machine language programming and module interface circuit fault isolation and repair. Prepared lesson plans, written exams and practical exercises. Subject matter expert selected for a team to Spain to instruct HAWK upgrades to Spanish military./Senior HAWK Fire Control Rpr- Electronics and Computer Repairman in the HAWK Missile System to include maintenance test bed./Communications Center Specialist-Operator in all areas of a Fixed Site Top Secret/Special Intelligence Communications Center (SICC).
