I co-created a serious game using Lego, with the aim of teaching concepts of Agile Project Management based on Kanban and Scrum. I hosted the presentation of the game to industry leaders on agile subjects, as well as during workshops, leading teams to improve their processes and increase productivity. Additionally, I co-authored the game-accompanying white paper, which is being used in university lectures as teaching material.

I was responsible for the conception and realization of UNIdotCOM's new web-portal, as well as the acquisition, installation, configuration and maintenance of the infrastructure hosting the web-presence of multiple university associations.
