Duties include the engineering and operation of all VTC equipment and conference rooms within the Missile Defense Agency. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and design of enterprise infrastructure equipment. Assist with Tier 3 VTC support for the agency. Responsible for all engineers and engineering task within Huntsville and the National Capital Region.

Sub-contractor under SI International working on the C4I2TSR contract, supporting US Space Command. Duties include the design, engineering and installation of conference and control rooms. Assisted the Network Engineers on issues dealing with an H.323 VTC environment. Created a Division VTC SOP along with training documents for the G6 soldiers.

Duties include the support and operation of the Video Services Operation Center as well as the maintenance of video teleconferencing equipment for The Missile Defense Agency. This includes converting equipment from H.320 (ISDN) connection to H.323 (IP). Responsible for ensuring network is functional for utilizing the H.323 protocol. Helped with the design and implementation of two websites, the first optimized VTC scheduling and the second offered the users a graphical representation of scheduled VTCs. Other responsibilities include monitoring, setting up, and scheduling video teleconferences. This includes the building and monitoring of VTCs on Tandberg and Accord MGC MCU's

Duties included the design, engineering, and installation of wireless networks in Colorado Springs and Denver. Networks consisted of 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz, 38-39 GHz, and Free Space Optic technologies. Network was designed to handle VOIP, Video Teleconferencing and Broadband services. Network was built by focusing on Layer 3 switching and establishing separate VLANs for the different layers of service. Responsible for the monitoring and operation of the network. Handled all wireless installations on the customers' premises, which included the integration of customers existing network or design and construction of new network. This entailed the knowledge of many operating systems to include Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, and MAC OS.
