Founded and led Honeyfi, a fintech startup, from idea to acquisition as Chief Product Officer. Honeyfi has helped tens of thousands of couples save millions towards their goals, become more financially healthy, and have more effective communication with each other.Honeyfi was backed by Jason Calacanis and his Launch Accelerator, Techstars, and Barclays. We were acquired in early 2021 by Strategic Financial Solutions to power Firstly, their new line-of-business focused on financial wellness. During my time at SFS, I led a cross-functional team to integrate Honeyfi's product and design.

• Practice focused on financial services counseling, employment disputes, and IP litigation.• Clients included banks, technology companies (from Fortune 500 to startup), and individual executives.• Provided day-to-day counseling to financial institutions on regulatory compliance.• Drafted pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery-related briefs, post-trial briefs, and appellate briefs.• Organized and participated in various stages of discovery, including taking and defending depositions, document collection and production, drafting and responding to requests for production and interrogatories, deposition and trial testimony preparation for fact and expert witnesses.
