Responsible for conducting Top Offender Asset (ToA) in order to identify opportunities to increase equipment reliability and lead continuous improvement (CI) efforts. Support FMEA efforts along with systemic RCA efforts. Partnership with OEM and leverage their resources for new product development or/and continuous improvements. Develop strategies and communication plans to increase equipment availability. Owner/developer of an RCA audit program in order to conduct QC on high impacting failures. Develop and/or utilize condition-based and predictive maintenance tools and programs to avoid unplanned repair work and reduce RME technicians Preventative Maintenance labor hours. Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.

Support the Permanent Corrective Actions (PCA) program by analyzing and vetting PCA request. Work with cross functional teams to deliver network wide projects to the field. Conduct Top Offending Assets (ToA) projects to identify bad actors network wide and support continuous improvement efforts to resolve. Facilitate large scale Root Cause Analysis on high impactful events. Support FMEA teams. Gatekeeper to corrective/reactive data request for work orders and closing codes. Responsible for leading the Root Cause Analysis and Permanent Corrective Action activities at the site, identifying opportunities to increase equipment reliability and uptime, reduction of costs and associated work.
