MEET SAM ➤ Having graduated from UCL with a Microbiology degree, I joined M.S. Laboratories in 1998. I now have over 20 years’ experience working in and running the microbiological & chemical laboratories which service and support a wide range of different food manufacturing companies. As Managing Director, I have overseen the company’s growth and expansion in terms of the number of clients we support, testing capabilities we offer, laboratory facilities we have, and the great team of qualified & experienced staff we employ.M.S. LABORATORIES ➤ Established in 1983, M.S. Laboratories is an independently owned laboratory providing microbiological and chemical testing services to the food, drink and allied industries for over 35 years. Our laboratories have been UKAS accredited since 1996 and we are also Tesco & M&S approved.WHAT WE DO ➤ We aim to provide the technical and scientific back up to reassure and give confidence to our clients in developing and maintaining products and an environment of the highest quality and safety. We support our clients with routine microbiological testing, pathogen testing such as Salmonella, Listeria & E.coli, water testing, shelf life determination, nutritional information, meat content analysis, allergens & meat speciation.OTHER INTERESTS ➤ I have to confess, I am a bit obsessed with fitness, and you will usually find me in the gym on most mornings!
