1.Create new flavour according to customers needs. 2.Do the matching projects independently, not only for flavour match, but also for finish products. 3.Solve all kinds of complex flavour production problems, such as sediment, oil slick, emulsion flocculation, Citrus oil extract, filtration, microcapsule,cold extract, distil extract, spray drying, dry/wet blending, maillard reaction, unstable flavour.. 4.Modify the recipes to smooth the production and meet the customers strict standard. 5.Evaluate the RMS and flavors with QC.
