-Is responsible for pre-race (primarily road cycling) briefings by providing geospatial analysis. Skills utilized to complete these tasks include, but are not limited to ArcGIS Pro proficiency, Google Earth Pro, and other third-party applications such as Strava and MapMyRun.-Utilizes situational awareness, as well as quick and effective decision-making skills to optimize in-race performance, ensure safe racing, and create opportunities to win races. -Exercises and works to improve interpersonal and negotiating skills to expand the Team's influence, brand, and sponsorship opportunites.-Assists in the donation process of used cycling gear (helmets, jerseys, bike parts, et cetera) to underprivileged communities both locally and overseas (primarily Ethiopia and Eritrea). This is one of the community missions of Equip Racing and our parent bike shop, Buna Bicycle Works.

-Carries out the timely fulfillment of customer orders-Assists in carrying out effective resource allocation in the workplace, as well as helping with Delivery Driver Resource management (use of navigational and geointelligence skills to guarantee the best possible outcome for the customer).-Exercises exceptional situational awareness and presence to maximize fuel economy during the delivery process, as well as to ensure the fastest possible delivery time while maintaining safety and adherence to the rules of the road.-Is responsible for addressing cleanliness and organization of various restaurant facilities.-

-Participated in team training as a practice squad member, working and fighting for opportunities for playing time in the Reserves and First Team. -Trained and improved leadership, communication, and situational awareness skills. -Sharpened and expanded my understanding or tactics, styles of play, and man-management.NOTE: For almost my entire time as a player at this organization, the club was known as Herndon City FC. The club is now known as Cesena FC USA, (our "parent club" being the Italian Serie C's Cesena).
