To lead a diverse range of strategic operational and IT transformation programmes end to end, ensuring that these are delivered on time, budget and quality, in line with agreed best practice project and change management approaches as well as leading a team of project managers remotely to deliver against these programmes or individual projects towards the business strategy.Programmes delivered:• Delivery of a connectivity supplier separation programme, enabling business units to trade separately with ownership of assets and robust MSAs in place. • Delivery of an ongoing TSA (telecoms security act) programme, to ensure that DCS meet the legislative measures set by Ofcom.• Programme to move from legacy cloud technology complete resulting in thirty-three customers transitioning to better technologies.• Delivery of several cloud platform projectsResponsibility:* Leading a team of project managers ensuring KPIs are met, projects are delivered within the agreed framework, on time, in budget and to the agreed quality. Ensuring mentoring and coaching opportunities are made available as required.* Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, delivery, monitoring, controlling and closure and the delivery of multiple programmes.* Led cross functional teams in the successful delivery of programmes.* Collaborated with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.* Project change control; managing the end-to-end change control process; raising change request, conducting impact analysis, implementing change decisions* Project document management; created and documented process flow documents for various activities relating to the project.
