Reablement And Hospital Liaison Worker
I am passionate about providing outcome focused support & rehabilitation to service users who have experienced Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). I want give support to people so that they feel able to engage in positive fulfilling life roles. I present rehabilitation education to re-ablement groups in the organisation’s day centre, including the award winning ‘Rediscover Group’, and have a leading role in the weekly hospital liaison service, at both Princess Royal and Royal Sussex County hospitals. I also facilitate a monthly Headway support group in Brighton, and have also been heavily involved in the creation and running of a Brighton satellite day centre.
