Responsibilities include the management of aspects relating to authority approvals, construction delivery, programing, stakeholder engagement, brief development and feasibility analysis for predominantly retail development projects. Specific responsibilities included consultant management, authority negotiations and approvals, budget forecasts, major retailer negotiations, design briefing and review, master planning, placemaking, and identifying complimentary mixed use opportunities. Specific Projects Include;Casuarina Square Redevelopment (expected 2015-2018)$300 million 70,000 sqm GLA regional shopping centre expansion and associated mixed use in Casuarina Darwin, NT Australia. Wollongong Central Refurbishment, Wollongong 2009$35 million refurbishment and mechanical upgrade of the 30,000 sqm retail asset. Charlestown Square Redevelopment, Newcastle 2010$500 million/88,000m2 GLA Retail, Entertainment and Community Facilities Regional Shopping Centre re-development in Newcastle NSW Australia. Charlestown Child Care, Newcastle 2008$4 million, 46 place childcare facility for Lake Macquarie City Council and operated by KUCharlestown Rugby League Club St John Oval 2008$11 million re-development of St John Oval Charlestown as the new home of Charlestown Rugby League Club.
