Train, mentor, coaching and skills mastery to Agents. Responsible for the implementation and facilitation of training initiatives, procedures and directives. 1. Oversee training and development for all Agents. 2. Conduct sales training and licensing classes to develop new and experienced Agents. 3. Mentor Agents in Company financial solution design; sales & prospecting techniques; and sales activity training. 4. Implement and teach the New York Life Curriculum. 5. Advise and consult with management peers and the Managing Partner on recruiting and retention efforts.
