- Hired by the CEO North America to build out the intermediary channel.- Consistently exceeded channel sales budget (reached 2016 annual net flows goal in six months) by effectively articulating Newton’s investment process philosophy and strategies to a range of clients and prospects. - Primarily responsible for the wholesale channel, traveling with external wholesalers to provide investment solutions for financial advisors across the country. - Training key sales staff on Newton’s flagship strategies via presentations as well as the production and dissemination of strategic sales talking points.- Appointed as the North American ESG (environmental, social and governance) specialist. - Successfully built out sales infrastructure for the Australian market through key contacts across pension funds and asset consultants.

- Raised assets for both Australian and Global strategies in retail and institutional markets by systematically identifying the needs of each segment, and aligning this with Acadian’s key capabilities. - Managed relationships between clients, prospects as well as regional and global consultants. - As the conduit between the investment team and clients, attended investment team meetings to aid the ideas generation process and to be able to communicate key decisions with clients. - Responsible for client reporting, quarterly client reviews and attending to ad hoc client requests.- Wrote a number of detailed marketing papers designed to explain complicated quantitative concepts to a prospects, clients and consultants that assisted in the sales process.

- Member of an investment team of 5 based in Sydney managing $1B invested in Australian equity strategies using Acadian’s global quantitative investment framework. - Researched and generated the idea behind the Acadian Quant Yield Fund, including the implementation of the Fund. - Idea generation and research for the enhancement of the existing systematic model. A key project was the implementation of systematic factors for metals and mining companies. - Managed the rebalancing of portfolios and cash flows for Australian equity portfolios. - Worked closely with back office and compliance functions to ensure operational efficiency.
