Role and Responsibilities:Recruitments Floor Manager• Managing a team of 18 recruiters under me.• Working as a Recruitments manager and responsible for all operations and Floor management of India and US office.• There are two groups which come under me, one is the sourcing group (Team of 8 recruiters) which sources the resume for the team for different US Job Portals and uploads them to the applicant stack. The other group is the Recruiting and sales group which is responsible for calling these candidates, screen them and get them join brighter brain. I am responsible for the smooth operation of both the teams.• Responsibilities include Portal and view purchase, Licenses renewal, User id’s distribution, Setting Targets, Measuring performances, Application stack’s smooth operations, candidate enter log , call log, checking email log, Quality and Process guideline, Training needs, Train the new hires on AS, IMS, Drop box Management.• Responsible for Implementation and smooth operations of Applicant stack (ATS) including right assigning, Management, cleaning, Disposition, Stage setting calls and email logs.• Responsible of all floor operations including leaves assigning, Production ratio, Hiring and Firing of the recruiters and sourcers on the basis of performance.
