My work included developing polysaccharide based carrier systems for bio-control agents, profiling flavour-active microbial proteins in food industry by-products, and characterising functional ingredients in algal bio-processing by-products . My work has contributed to reaching stakeholder goals in improving industrial and environmental sustainability in respective fields. I am experienced in working with industry partners, understanding business needs, maintaining high level of engagement, and delivering commercial research outputs on time. I'm highly capable of using a range of advanced microbiological and analytical techniques in troubleshooting and delivering research solutions. Currently, I'm applying my expertise and experience in natural ingredients and bioactives as a member of Translational Science team at H&H Group.
