Cater Trucks Ni was established in 2022, in a very short time we have grown raptly by delivering outstanding, cost-effective food & beverages trucks,we are the one stop shop for event organisers, the director has over 20 year's experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for restaurants, large hotels & contract catering companies this is were he gained a perfect understanding of what the hospitality industry needs, everyone of the vendors from cater trucks Ni has the same passion for locally sourced, quality food and delivering exceptional customer service for outstanding value.We offer bespoke solutions from full festivals to small community events. We have real commitment to our clients and customers with a hands on approach, as experienced chefs and restaurateurs we haven’t lost site of the importance of good quality food and service. Having worked relentlessly in the catering industry for the many many years,we go the extra mile for our clients and customers.We fully understand that no two events are the same and this is why our menus and services are tailored to each client. Our menus offer a variety of choice with healthy options and seasonal inspired specials food from all round the world. Where possible most of our ingredients are produced in Northern Ireland to help reduce food miles. Whether we are running a festival or a private house event our principles are always the same, we use only the best ingredients in our products which are made with passion and care in order to represent the best quality and great value for our customer.We haven’t lost site that food is at the heart of our business, as well beverages and desserts for our clients, it is food where it all began for us.
