I hold a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in construction management, all three levels of APMP accreditations (including Professional) and have 15 years’ experience writing, managing and winning tenders. I understand the importance of creating, developing and nurturing a strong work winning team, focussing on each individual to develop themselves professionally and personally so they are able to contribute, and be part of, a successful pre-construction team.The experience I have gained from completing a construction management degree has allowed me to gain an understanding of the technicalities of construction, contract law and contract management, giving me a unique perspective when managing bid submissions. Combined with the knowledge I have gained completing the three APMP accreditations, including best practice and value adding, I am able to contribute and lead winning teams and their tender submissions.
