Have been involved with a variety of activities since joining in May 2008. The New Colony is an organization that strives to contribute original material to the artistic cannon and develop a new theatergoing audience. Member of the Board of Directors, a position held since board was formed in 2008. Have been a producer on 3 shows: "Frat", "11:11", and "The Bear Suit of Happiness". Have helped plan and execute several fundraisers. Have been part of the decision-making process in financial and other administrative matters. Have participated in several successful social media campaigns, including a Facebook campaign in which The New Colony was awarded $25,000. Have assisted in marketing our shows. Have participated in Front of House activities during show runs, that are primarily designed to expand our audience.

Supported a wide variety of account services for clients, associates, and financial advisers achieving consistently high marks on client surveys, as well as peer and performance reviews. Successfully adapted, during course of 23 years, to the many changes at the company including technological, personnel, and company's merger with Bank of America in 2008. Was successful at creating solutions that would satisfy both high net-worth clients and compliance. Received high marks on every annual audit by effectively enforcing rules and regulations. Considered adept at processing financial transactions in an efficient and accurate fashion. Was repeatedly recognized by fellow co-workers, financial advisers and managers as having superior skills at discovering client and/or employee errors - which were then able to prevent and de-escalate potentially serious problems. Strived to always provide client-driven services to enhance the client experience with Merrill Lynch. The client-driven services model was also applied when dealing with the financial advisers and associates to ensure their satisfaction with the performance of our Operations Department remained at a consistently high level.
