• Prepare project plan and organize project kick off call with customer and stakeholder for project deliverables and delivery . • vendor co-ordination - co-ordinating with different vendors for the delivery for both physical and virtual products like Cisco , Palo Alto , checkpoint,Fortigate fortinet , Zscaler, Casbey • Tools - Knowledge of different tools and applications , Microsoft word , excel , Expedio Order management , customer quote management , citrix classic etc • Involving internal teams - Managing the time and involvement of different teams on the project like Technical designer , Technical Manager ,change management etc  • Installation & Configuration - setting up call to configure devices for both cloud and physical devices . • Problem & Risk Management - Analysing and managing risk and providing resolution when project gets stuck . • Project closure - once testing is successful ,close project for different applications and provide report to management for project completion • Revenue Management - initiate billing for the project as per customer aggrement of Recurring charges . • PO / PR processing - Initiate PO for different vendors for different Products • Training - Provided training for new collegues and for new product . • ORT - I have been part of ORT's for all new products and services to check the efficiency and effectiveness for a smoother launch and services to the customer by defining the process and sharing knowledge for design and implementation .
